Ice Game! - In-person
You will be chasing floating pieces of ice, trying to melt them with fire or crack them with a pickaxe to collect the gold inside. To complete this task, you will use a gaming joystick.

EEG Chasing Task! - In-Person
In this experiment, you will control an avatar to chase moving targets while avoiding predators. We will record your EEG signals as you play the game. The game will be approximately 2.5 hrs.
In this experiment, you will control an avatar to chase moving targets while avoiding predators. We will record your EEG signals as you play the game. The game will be approximately 90 mins. When you arrive in the lab, we will get the EEG cap set up on your head, using a special gel that allows us to measure tiny electrical signals from your brain using electrodes on your scalp.
Eligibility Requirements: Age 18-35; no history of psychiatric or neurological illness, head trauma, or fainting; normal or corrected-to-normal vision, normal color perception; right-handed
Preparation: Please try to be well-rested during the experiment. Arrive with clean, dry hair, and remove all ponytails, braids, wigs, extensions, etc., prior to arrival. Do not wear any clothing that may be harmed by the gel (although it is water-soluble). Please reach out to ziyaozhang@berkeley.edu if you have any questions!
